Each item is individually handmade, carefully checked, and prepared before shipping.

Delivery Time (after dispatch)

- European Union: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days

Tracking
All orders include tracking. Tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing

Once an order is placed, we begin processing within 1–3 business days. This includes knitting, quality checking, and careful packaging before shipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only accept changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order is in production or has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, it is handled by third-party carriers.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to postal services, customs, or local conditions.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in tracking it with the carrier.
